Session Flow

Welcome & check-in → dynamic warm-up → skill blocks (pads/partners) → games or controlled sparring (optional by band) → reflection & take-home habit.

Safety, Gear & Policies

Age-appropriate contact rules with mandatory supervision. Recommended gear: headgear (for contact bands), mouthguards, 12–16oz gloves, shin/forearm guards as needed. Medical & risk briefings at start; zero-tolerance for bullying.

Do kids need prior experience?

No. We sort by age/experience and progress safely from basics to optional competition prep.

Is contact sparring required?

Never mandatory. Contact levels are clearly banded; technical sparring is introduced only when athletes are ready and parents agree.

Yes, with designated viewing areas and no coaching from sidelines. We also share periodic progress updates.

Do you prepare for tournaments?

Yes. We offer competitive tracks with rule-set coaching, nutrition basics, weigh-in rehearsal, and sportsmanship standards.

How do you measure growth?

Attendance streaks, skill badges, behavior goals, and periodic assessments; optional report after clinics or mentorship blocks.
