Coach guiding a small group of women through boundary setting and escape drills

Program Overview

Our approach blends personal safety education with realistic, high-consent practice. We focus on voice, posture, and decision-making first, then layer in simple strikes and fast escapes you can use under stress. Whether you’re a student, working professional, or a parent, the tools are designed to fit real life in Goa—home, commute, workplace, and social settings.
