Program Overview

This BJJ curriculum builds confident grapplers through positional literacy and live, safe resistance. You’ll progress from movement patterns and survival frames → transitions and pins → submission chains, with emphasis on timing, leverage, and control in both gi and no-gi contexts.

Session Flow

Mobility & movement patterns → technical block (gi/no-gi focus) → situationals with progressive resistance → specific sparring → cooldown. Intensity scales responsibly based on experience.

Safety & Gear

Clean gi (for gi days) or rashguard/shorts (no-gi), mouthguard recommended. Fingernails trimmed, no jewelry, and hygiene rules strictly enforced for partner safety.
